As part of Design and Engineering scope, GOMAS can develop isometric drawings from layout plans generated by the client for all kinds of applications for above ground as well as buried systems and shall carry out finite element & failure analysis, flexibility analysis, computational fluid dynamics, surge and water hammer analysis and engineering design on the high pressure threaded pipe which can go up to 250 barg, suitable for applications in Sea Water, Crude oil etc. and also on the adhesive TB/TS 1100 dia pipe.The software used shall include Caesar II, FE-Pipe, Pipe net and other in-house developments.
GOMAS has also developed its own support system (philosophy) for both piping in static and dynamic applications. This critical engineering scope will verify the fit for purpose design of the fiberglass pipe system and insure system integrity in the worst operating conditions including hydro-test and will simulate the pipe system behavior against external and internal mechanical solicitations.
